Considerations after your Session

“Days of Processing”

After each session, the client is provided with a set number of days that it will take for their body to process. This number varies from session to session as well as from person to person. This number is provided from your subconscious mind as an estimate of how long it will take your body to regain flow to the body after removing blockages. Please consider this number when measuring your results and changes.

After care

Following an energy healing session, it’s important to honor your body and energy as it integrates the shifts. Be gentle with yourself and prioritize rest—your system may continue releasing or recalibrating for hours or even days afterward. Drink plenty of water to support detoxification and energetic flow, as hydration helps your body process the work on a physical level. You may also benefit from quiet time, journaling, or simply being in nature. Trust what your body asks for. Emotional or physical sensations may come up—this is normal and can be part of the healing process. Give yourself permission to pause, reflect, and receive.

No changes yet? No worries!

Healing is a process, I would encourage you not to rush it. Give your body time recuperate from what was released and be aware of any slight difference you may notice in the meantime. Beyond the eyes, change is happening and every session adds to what you may notice. Feeling "nothing” does not mean “nothing changed” or “it didn’t work.” For some, it means there’s additional work to be done, and sometimes the change is most noticeable when the challenges roll in. Some clients notice their shift when conflict arises in their life and their usual reaction was significantly different than how they usually respond. Take this moment to become aware of some of the small changes that could have shifted for you since your session.
